BODY BONNET CONNECTION

Bolted Bonnet Design: Available from Class 150 to Class 600 Pressure Seal Design: For Class 900 and higher

DISC

Below NPS 2 size valves will use a solid disc design, whereas a forged or cast disc is utilized for above 2-inch size valves to ensure strength and durability.

STEM

Made from a single piece, stem is a rotating element that utilizes ACME threading. For increased packing seal and low fugitive emission of valve, stem surface finish is achieved by machining precisely.

SEAT FACES

Smoothness and higher performance is obtained by precision lappedseat faces. Optionally, threaded or welded renewable seats are provided according to the specific requirements of a customer.

BACK SEAT

All globe valves come with a back seat arrangement. In carbon steel valves, it is removable whereas it is integral in bonnet back seat machined from stainless steel valve bonnet.

GASKET

Class 150 to Class 600 valve features stainless steel & flexible graphite spiral wound gasket. Ring Joint gasket is optionally used in Class 600, while pressure seal design is used in Class 900 and higher.
