Description

The Flanged End Diaphragm Valve is designed to provide accurate flow control and dependable shut-off in applications involving corrosive, abrasive, or viscous fluids. Its flexible diaphragm effectively isolates the process media from the operating mechanism, enhancing service life, minimizing maintenance requirements, and preventing contamination.

Body Material · Stainless Steel (ASTM A351 CF8 / CF8M): For use in aggressive and corrosive environments.

· Cast Iron (ASTM A126 Class B): For general-purpose applications and water services.

· Plastic (PVC, PP): Suitable for chemical resistance in applications involving acids and alkalis.

Temperature Range · EPDM Diaphragm-10°C to +120°C (14°F to 248°F)

· PTFE Diaphragm-20°C to +180°C (4°F to 356°F)

· Viton Diaphragm-20°C to +150°C (4°F to 302°F)

Diaphragm Materials · EPDM: For water, dilute acids, and alkaline solutions.

· PTFE: For handling highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and aggressive media.
